The firm started off as a facility which provided waterproofing for canvas fabrics. It was established in 1950 by four friends. After few years backward and forward integration took place which made it a vertical setup for producing high quality tents, tarpaulins, fabric and garments etc. It is a family run business but has always reengineered its processes according to the bench marks set by management gurus.
